How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It is a pocket rocket. It is almost impossible to find this quality of binocular in this price range. I have a normal iPhone (not pro) and in the photos it is, normal photo, photo with binoculars, photo with maximum zoom and binoculars.
I recently bought this pair of binoculars. My wife had purchased the same ones a few months ago and I really liked them so I bought a pair for myself. Great pair of binoculars without breaking the bank.
The view is crystal clear and bright. They've exceeded my expectations. The images are so sharp and the binoculars are very lightweight, no problem holding them up for long periods of time.
These binoculars are amazing! For $80, they would have been pretty good. for $50, they are an incredible deal! I wasn't expecting to get a something great. However, I was very surprised at the quality of the material.
The quality of the views is incredible! These would be perfect for a trip to the mountains or for bird watching. Overall, I'm very happy with them and have zero complains. It was kind of an impulse buy, but I'm very glad that I got them, since I always wanted to have a pair of "decent" binoculars. These are more than decent, they are really good!
For the money, good luck in finding anything better. These binoculars are a joy to look through! The image is sharp and clean; the unit itself is as solid as you’d want it to be. You won’t have any complaints for the price! The case is absolutely perfect.
I also received the attachment for my cell phone that allows me to take pictures through the binoculars. The attachment is also sturdy and well-built. Amazing, truly amazing!
These binoculars are quite amazing. They are very lightweight and not at all bulky, and they provide very clear images at all distances. The focus adjustments are sensitive and precise, and tight enough to ensure that the focus does not change unintentionally. Same for the width adjustment.
These binocs have nearly every feature one would look for in a serious pair of binoculars, but comes w/o the high price. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition, and were exactly as described in the reviews here by other purchasers.
I rarely give reviews of products I purchase online, but the quality of these binoculars, along with the fast shipping, and the very friendly & helpful customer service by (live chat and email) convinced me that I needed to post a proper review.
In these times, getting quality products in a timely fashion, while receiving exceptional customer care, is a rare exception, I find. If you're looking for a quality pair of binoculars at a VERY reasonable price (I paid $49.99, free shipping), I just don't see how you could do better than these!
These are great for my first binoculars, I enjoy watching the birds and other nearby Natural objects. Weight is also light so it's easy to carry around.
I can’t say anything bad about these binoculars. I have used the three times now for bird watching with different temps ranging from 32-70 degrees F. I have to say these have outperformed a high quality set I have that was made by a camera company.
Shipping was very fast. Great views. Able to focus in on birds when birdwatching. Its perfect for this price!

Was a bit skeptical about these because of the low price, but they turned out to be pretty good. Clear viewing, pretty decently made, nothing to complain about.

Great binoculars. I bought them for my cruise to Alaska. I was able to see many things including whales and eagles close-up with my new binoculars. I also like the nice case to store my binoculars. I would definitely buy again.
As soon as you open the box and hold them in your hand you can tell these are high quality. There is a comfortable weight That screams quality, and they don’t have that cheap plastic feel.
