How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I have tried so many things and was disappointed each time. I decided to give this shampoo a try. I was shedding massive amounts of hair each time I washed it. On day one of using this product, I went from a ball of hair to a small amount of hair coming out. Then it went to just a few strands. It took exactly one month for me to notice a difference. I first noticed new hair growth where my hair was receding. I then noticed that my hair felt thicker when I ran my fingers through it.
I don't usually do reviews, but I purposely came to write down this one to give my honest review after using this shampoo for almost 3 weeks now. my hair was falling like crazyyyyy, at some point I thought I was gonna go bald if I didn't do something to stop it. After 3 weeks of using it my hair is a lot softer, shinier, silkier, and overall healthy. I've always said the secret to a beautiful looking hair is having an extremely healthy scalp. Everything parts from the roots. I've received so many compliments on my hair like I've never before! And also my hair stopped falling like crazy!!!
Loving this shampoo. It has a great lather, smell, and makes my hair feel clean without drying it out. My hair has been shinier and feels fuller and Im seeing a change in length as well! Will be repurchasing for sure!
Over the past year my hair started falling out excessively. Countless blood work to check hormones, auto immune diseases, dermatologists...etc.. nothing. They determined it was stress. Tried this out of desperation. I wasn't looking for it to grow my hair, but I hoping it would prevent more falling out. But I have fuzzies in all my noticeable balding spots plus less hair in my brush. I would say I've been using it approximately 4-5 weeks. And I only wash my hair every other day. Worth a try!
I’ve been using this shampoo for a while now, and I’ve noticed it’s really helped reduce my hair loss, which is a big win for me! I can’t say it’s thickened my hair just yet, but I’m hopeful with more time. Overall, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but since it’s working for me, I think it’s worth it.
I was shocked. Not only did I start to feel a difference in my hair (softer, less brittle) after even a week or two worth of washes, and not only did I start to notice less tangles (I had UNMANAGEABLE knots that I can now separate with just my fingers) AND NOT ONLY did I start to notice less hairs falling out in the shower, my hairbrush, on my clothes etc. but best of all, I saw a difference on my head!
I got this shampoo because my hair was falling out (due to extreme stress). After three weeks of using it every other day, I noticed little hairs sprouting up (yay!), about 3/4"" long which is much faster growth than normal. I also noticed that my hair wasn't falling out as fast and there were fewer hairs in my hairbrush. Now, 1 1/2 months later, the little hairs are now much more noticeable and I don't look as bald (I know, not really bald, but it sure felt like it!) I'm definitely going to continue buying this. I'm so glad I tried it! it's not unpleasant.And it REALLY cleans my hair so I have healthier, longer, fuller hair.
I have been using this shampoo for a few weeks now, and I have seen amazing results so far! This is the only shampoo that has worked for me so far! I highly recommend this shampoo to anyone looking for real results!
Well I can say the after using it for 29 days twice a week my hair stopped falling significantly, So I can verify that that the products is working for me! I will continue using it.because after trying other products this is the only one I seeing that prevents my hair from falling out and at my age I already have very little hair! I Want to add that there may many good products! But this was the only one that worked for me, And it is not that expensive. And The Scent is nice I like.
I realized this shampoo gives my hair more body and it feels thicker than when I started using something else!
