How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I searched for a long time to find a swim goggle that would anti-fog, block UV rays, have an excellent viewing range, and that would fit nicely. I settled on these goggles, and I'm glad I did. This swim goggle does help block UV rays. The anti-fog works and I learned that you should not ever touch the inside of the goggles. You'll get sunscreen inside and mess with the anti-fog coating. Just dip them in water before swimming, and wash them in tap water after swimming. Goggles - come with a high-quality case. You can use it as a protective case for the goggles when traveling.
I am an amateur swimmer and just go for 20-30 minutes about every day to swim laps or play with my kids in our outdoor neighborhood pool. These goggles keep water out perfectly. My eyes are very sensitive to chlorine and this is paramount. This goggle is a great barrier to the sun. I can swim on my back and be perfectly comfortable looking up at the sky for a few minutes on sunny days. They also don't fog at all. Definitely the best swimming goggles in this price range.
Did not blur even after 30 min of Continuos Swimming. Much better than Speedo. The polarized lenses are outstanding at this price point. Not many brands offer polarization except at a very high price. The side clasps and strap keepers are efficient. The fit for me was excellent. I subsequently bought a second pair for my girlfriend. Shipping was fast.
Fast to arrive home in Canada. I'd give these goggles 10 stars if I could. They are very lightweight and don't fog at all even after a long swimming session. I have tried every other brand -- Speedo, Aquasphere, TYR, and they all leak and fog. This is the only brand that actually fits right. Customer service was very helpful.
all I can say is Wow!!!! I waited to get into the water today to test these bad boys! and let me tell you they did not disappoint!!!! I was blown away on how clear I could see underwater without wearing my glass. Unbelievable! I was in the water for exactly 45 min they were so comfortable, and NEVER FOGGED UP, NOR FILLED UP WITH WATER! Love these things looking forward to many more swims with them! get them!!! and they look beautiful too!!!!
Bought these as a gift for my husband, he swims three or four days a week. He’s always been picky about goggles, so I was nervous about getting these for him, but they are excellent and he loves them! I believe I will be buying them again for him.
