How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I really like this product. I have very yellow teeth. I drink a lot of coffee and soda. After just two uses, my teeth are actually off-white. The four stars are for one very small issue. This type of toothpaste does not act like regular toothpaste. It is thicker and requires a small dab to brush the top teeth, then a small dab for the bottom teeth. It does smell like a nice mint. The texture does have a little grit. However, it doesn't really feel that odd. Just like any toothpaste that has baking soda as an ingredient. Overall, very happy with this toothpaste. Both with the improvement of color, and the way I feel it actually cleaning my teeth. Worth trying!
Excellent customer service & fast shipping. I had braces for almost 4 years, and after I had them remove my teeth had a yellow color, I didn't want to clean them with laser or anything similar. I'm very happy I made the decision to buy this charcoal toothpaste, it has natural ingredients, a nice flavor, not the strong mint flavor like regular toothpaste, that they leave a burning sensation after you brush. And yes, I have seen a color change on my teeth, I would definitely use this toothpaste for a long-term
I have been using this for nearly two weeks. The paste is smooth...not gritty. The taste is mild, not overpowering. This along with my charcoal toothbrush have brightened my teeth and makes my mouth feel fresh and clean. The thing I noticed most...as odd as it is...but since using this, I have not awoken with morning mouth!! I had one sensitive tooth that seems to be improving too!
I've been using it daily since I got it and there has been a large difference, I wish I had taken a picture for the before and after to help prove it. I got it within 4 days.

Fast shipping, the packaging is clean and simple. The bamboo toothbrush seems decently made and comfortable to hold/use. Toothpaste is black but turns to a light gray when brushing your teeth. I was surprised to not have a black mouth. Lightly minted and not overbearing. Teeth feel cleaner than if I used my regular toothpaste. Looking forward to a whiter smile.
