Quality of these blue light blocking glasses is really amazing. They look cute too (which is an added bonus). But honestly these are great for watching TV, working on your laptop or tablet, or just hanging out on your phone. I used to have problems to sleep after reading on my pad, now I use these blue light glasses and I can sleep really well after I'm done reading.

These are definitely anti-glare glasses. They are very cool, the arms are not at all flimsy, really comfortable. There are no scratches on the glasses. Delivery was fast.
