I cannot say enough wonderful things about this snorkeling mask! My husband and I love to travel, and when we go to places where there is good snorkeling, it's always on the agenda. We've bought and replaced the typical-style snorkels several times due to all of those annoying issues that seem to go along with them (flimsy, leaky masks, breakage in the breathing apparatus, etc). We were spending approximately $40-50 per snorkel each time something went wrong, we decided to try this Panoramic Full Face Snorkel Mask and it works AMAZINGLY well. Definitely, this is the best full face snorkeling mask in this price range.
In my city, this type of snorkel mask is very expensive. They are selling it around $70 to $80. I ordered this for my snorkeling trip as I didn't want to rent the equipment and decided to go with this mask. It worked great. I was blown away with how well it worked. Shipping was very fast and I got it within 4 days. 5 stars.
This is the BEST MASK EVER. It provides an incredible amount of visibility, but even more than that, it's light-years easier to use than the traditional eye-mask-mouth-snorkel combos. The mask just slides right over your face like a gas mask, pull the side tabs to tighten, and you're done. Easy-peasy. Water really doesn't get into your mouth; and, if it does, it's easy to exit without taking the mask off. If you're willing to shout a little bit, you can converse with your snorkel buddy (you *do* snorkel with a buddy, right?) without taking the mask off. It doesn't fog up nearly as much (or really, at all) as traditional masks do.
I loved this mask. I wore it for my first real time snorkeling while on an excursion during a Zumba cruise. I had so many people asking me about it. I told them and then referred them to Borkut to purchase. My son is a certified scuba diver and he gave me this mask and mouthpiece. Many years ago I played with a snorkeling set and I just wasn't a fan of the mouthpiece and the times' water got in the tube. I didn't have to think about any of that. I put the mask on. I could see all around. If my head went under too far the one-way valve closes and no water comes in. You know this for you immediately notice you have no air. To me, it's like driving a stick shift or an automatic.
