How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought two pairs, one for my 13 year old son, and one for myself. We used them numerous times in Hawaii and they worked very well! No leaks, no fogging. Well made, comfortable to wear and so much clearer under the water than any previous goggles I have owned. We had a great time because we had these goggles!
I'm extremely impressed with its performance. The mask is comfortable to wear and easy to get a secure fit. The anti-fog feature works incredibly well, and I didn't experience any fogging at all. What I love most about this goggles is the wide field of vision it provides. The large, tempered glass lenses provide an unobstructed view of the underwater world, and I was able to see more detail than ever before.
Never would’ve guessed that a $35 goggles would outperform its competitors at nearly a fifth of the price! It’s crystal clear straight from the box and not an ounce of water seeped in… highly recommended!!
Great suction, no water seeps in which is surprising considering I have used plenty of masks before this. Clear vision, especially with the added side views, which I didn't think it would be much of a difference, but it really is. 10/10 would buy again.

So happy with this purchase. We had a big trip planned for us (2 adults, 2 kids ages 13 and 12) and wanted a swim goggles that would work well (not Dollar Store stuff) but also not take up too much space in our carry on luggage. Once the goggle was fit to each of us (slightly tight is better) each of them more than met our expectations. zero leakage and plenty of airflow once back topside. Seriously worth every penny if going on a trip to the tropics. Also, the company was super responsive to questions prior to and post purchase.
I bought this for my 61 year old Dad who wanted to learn to swim but has been terrified to put his face underwater his entire life. Now he is like a fish swimming all around the pool; it is the sweetest thing ever. Absolutely no water leakage and it doesn't leave his face all marked up. He loves this product!
This swim goggle with nose cover is the best I have ever used. I have used quite a few over the years. A few I have owned and the rest borrowed on excursions. But this one was by far the best. It was comfortable and I just jumped in the water and had no worries. I hate the thought of the germy ones when we take trips so I was delighted to have my own and that it worked so beautifully.
I bought this goggle to match my new scuba fins and am very pleased with it! It came nicely packaged in a cute little storage bag. The silicone is comfortably soft and seals on my face very well, which is the most important thing for preventing leaks, along with keeping my hair out of it. The frame looks cute, it allows for a nice wide view, and the straps are easy to adjust. Like I do with all new masks, I scrubbed the inside of the lenses with toothpaste and an old toothbrush to clean off and prevent fogging. Looking forward to making good use of it this summer!
Bought three of these for our group which ranged from beginner to advanced snorkelers. we used it for snorkeling. These are really easy to use, the field of view is large and they feel very comfortable. i snorkeled for several hours each day and had no issues whatsoever.
My 10yr old son has sensitive eyes and must wear goggles when he swims... we’ve been through a LOT of goggles... these by far are the best. And they fit him just fine. He’s average size 10yr old.
