How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
So far, this seems to be working. I have teeth grinding as well as a snoring problem but after using this I definitely feel more refreshed in the morning, indicating more restful sleep. It took a couple of nights to me to get used to sleeping with this in my mouth, by the third night I was good. Customer service checking in and then answering my stupid questions has been phenomenal.
This a miracle ! My husband tried the nose vents, chin strap and tongue stabilizer - they did not work !! But this did wonders ... highly recommend.
After researching and scouring reviews of the many options out there, I decided to take the leap and give these teeth grinding mouth guard a try. The guard was easy to mold and fit, and after a few nights use, my spouse's only disappointment was 'why did I wait so long'. So if you are similarly wondering whether it is time to give something a try, I think you will find this reasonably priced mouth guard may help reduced teeth grinding (according to my wife) and provide a more restful sleep (according to my Fitbit).
My jaw feels a ton better after just a few nights of wearing this guard. These have been a huge help with my night teeth grinding. I thought I would spit it out during the night but it hasn't been a problem and I got use to it being in my mouth within three nights. So thankful for this product.
Over the months I have used a variety of these types of the mouthpiece.Personally, i think that this is one of the best that I have ever used. I would buy this again. it would not be disappointing.
When I come to know that my teeth signs grinding problems I needed a mouth guard. I purchased this product based on reading reviews.I honestly say that this product completely relaxed my grinding teeth problem.it is easy to use.
After spending a lot of money on dentist mouth guard,i would say these guards are as comfortable and effective than highly overpriced guards.
I decided to buy this after reading the reviews and i found it a solid mouthpiece. Completely relaxed my grinding teeth problem in night.
I think this is just as comfortable and just as effective as the one I had made at the dentists office. I'm not sure that it will last as long but for the price it's a great replacement option. It also comes with a storage case which is really nice.
It reduces my snoring... My problem is a tongue that falls back into my throat blocking the air passage when I sleep. This device does not keep a lazy tongue in place. But it does keep the jawline slightly forward, prevents teeth grinding and is tolerably comfortable. To prevent snoring I'm learning to sleep with my head elevated. My dentist was going to charge a couple thousand for something similar. I'd say this is great value for a pretty good product!
I used the mouth guard for 2 days and I love it. I sleep throughout the night before I was getting up by the hour. I put this on Facebook letting my friends know about your product. Thanks for inventing it.
I was skeptical at first because I have a mouth guard that I paid a lot of money for from my dentist and I thought there's no way this would be as good as my mouth guard but it was actually just as good if not better. It was easy to use instructions for easy to follow it felt kind of weird in my mouth at first but I got used to it I would recommend this
Now i can sleep with no tention and no pain in jaw with sweet dreams.
Much better than those so-called expensive dentist's mouthguards.
