How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Got this swimming cap for my swimming lessons! My very first one ! I got gray color so I can use it and as well as my son too. It fits perfectly on my head and also to my boy. It's soft and doesn't smell ! I tried this on and went to the pool to see if my hair get wet ! So impressed ! My hair are dry! I'm so happy with my purchased ! Fast shipping and great price !
Our family tries to spend a lot of time at the pool over the summer and having a swim cap is great for keeping your hair dry and protecting it from the chlorine and chemicals in the pool. I love how this works for long or short hair, curly or straight and it's so lightweight. It's made with high quality silicone and it fits very well. I tried it on my kid so I could take pictures of it and it went on easily. If you have long or broken nails you have to be careful you don't put your hands up in it and rip it. I have gone to the pool so many times when I had just washed my hair to come home and have to do it again. With this great product I will be able to keep my hair dry and clean which is great if you are going somewhere after the pool because you don't have to take so much time getting ready to go.
Really fast shipping. Got this for my grand daughter and she loved this. It fit her head perfectly and her hair was not wet at all after swimming for 2 hrs. Just perfect cap for swimming pool, especially if you have to swim under water with ear plugs. Silicone tight on the ears. good for-haired, there is room for the hair. in general, I am very pleased and can recommend!!!
I must say, I love this cap! I was looking for a cap that didn't hurt pulling on and off and would keep my hair and ears dry while swimming. This cap is perfect. I have med length hair and there is enough room in the cap for longer hair as well.
We received the swim cap much sooner than expected and love it!!! The swim cap worked great! My oldest daughter has very long hair and gets swimmers ear very easily. The cap kept her hair out of her way while swimming, kept it remarkably dry and did an amazing job of keeping the water out of her ears.
It's always a hard decision to make when you have so many offers around. I made my choice and I couldn't have asked for better. I've spent a lot of time and money to find a good swimming cap and finally I got what I was looking for. All those annoying problems just disappeared. Shipping and customer service is best. I received cap in 4 days. I was skeptical of the picture of this cap but it fits great and looks good. Loving this swim cap for my water aerobics class. It keeps all those harmful chemicals off my hair. Perfect fit and ease of taking off and on is pretty nice!

Super comfortable. Haven't tried it yet in the water but the sides of the cap go down much further than a straight-edge silicone cap, so hopefully this will keep more water out of my ears.
