How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is a fabulous little CD player. The sound is extremely clear and surprisingly powerful for such a small device. It was easy to set up. The controls are all easily accessible. And it is nice that it takes up so little space. It is a very good deal to get all of this for the price.
I had a more expensive player before but this one is much better. I'm no high-end audiophile by any means, but I'd say for this price this is some real impressive quality!
I still don't open it but I will do it this night with my girlfriend, I hope she likes it because it is to listen to the CD that she gave me on my birthday.
Absolutely worth it! This CD player is very easy to use and has really good sound quality. Can play loud and quiet. It has multiple modes, being CD, Bluetooth, and AUX, all of which have worked very well for me!
Ok...so I really wasn't expecting much out of this CD player. I just wanted to be able to play the many CDs that I have again without spending a whole lot of money. I must say though, I have been really impressed by this CD player! It plays all the CDs that I have popped in with no issue whatsoever! I can connect it via Bluetooth with an old Kplish speaker that I bought to use with an Ipod many moons ago! (FYI...already had a bluetooth adapter for the Kplish) Man, that was really really a win for me!
This CD player is truly a must have purchase if you own any old CDs that you would like to hear again! it's a great all around deal.
I got this for my friend because we are both 90s kids. She LOVED it!!!! Not only can she listen to all our old hits via cds but it has Bluetooth so she can use today’s technology too! Was a great gift and I am getting one for myself! Why should she have all the fun.
Very good cd player, arrived very fast and in good condition, the sound quality is great I am delighted, I recommend it very much.
We purchased this CD player for our kids to listen to the Harry Potter audiobooks on CD while they fall asleep. They have been using it nearly every night for over a year and we haven't had any issues with the player.
