How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This mat really, really helps. I have a bad back as well as pain in one foot. I bought this mat to put in front of my sink while I wash dishes. It's so comfortable I was mad I didn't buy a bigger one to run the counter length. I changed my kitchen around and realized it would be great in front of my coffee bar for spills. It also gave me a reason to buy the biggest size. Now I have 2 and it's great. Standing is much more comfortable. I can stand longer because it relieves both my back and foot pain. it's perfect for any kitchen. Wherever you stand for any length of time, you'll be pleased it got a lot more comfortable when you, step on this mat.
I needed a kitchen mat that was going to be supportive and not something that I would trip on ... at 75 I am being sensible about keeping my body "tip top" while enjoying life on earth.

I am a 76 yr old woman living in a small house on a concrete slab. It seems like my kitchen floor is so hard (probably my imagination) and my back and legs hurt when I am preparing meals and cleaning up. I bought this mat hoping it would help me. IT IS WONDERFUL! It is like standing on soft pillows. I plan on buying another one to put in front of my stove. (This one is in front of the sink). Highly recommend.
This is the best Anti Fatigue mat I have ever used. It is very thick and soft. The company is also great. They care about the customer and want to ensure you are happy with the product. I would definitely buy it again. Such a great price for a great mat.
I didn't realize how much ceramic tile in my kitchen would affect my body. Doing anything requiring standing in the same spot for any length of time, caused crippling pain. It wasn't long before I was picking up floor mats anywhere I saw them and experiencing some relief, but not a lot. This mat has been life changing. The thickness is very nice, and it alleviates so much of the leg and foot pain I used to have when I stood.
I suffer from lower back pain when standing in one place for any length of time. I am always washing up dishes at the kitchen sink where I have put the mat. I purchased 3 kitchen mats for my neuropathic feet. I am amazed at how durable they are and have stood the test of time. They are as nice today as they were a year ago. Easy wipe to clean.
These are amazing and a must have if you spend any amount of time standing and cooking or doing dishes. You can tell the difference it makes no matter what age, height, or weight. Bought a short one for the sink and a long one to reach to each side of the stove for cooking.

I bought this to replace a kitchen pad that was breaking down. Our home is a slab foundation, and it has led to plantar fasciitis for my wife. A kitchen pad is helpful, though now the plantar pain has subsided. This mat makes all the difference. It has proven to be much more comfortable than its predecessor pad.
