How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time then you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Borkut (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
MY FOREVER FAVORITE MASCARA. Amazing volume and length. Better than any $30 mascara I’ve bought in the past and who can beat the price! Easy to put on and doesn’t clump and definitely gives you length and definition! This is the best tubing mascara I've ever used, and it appears to last absolutely forever. I love it completely. I’ve been wearing mascara nearly daily since age 14, and I’m now 26. I’ve tried a lot. of mascaras. I’ve kissed all the frogs in the kingdom. Today I finally found my prince! To be fair, I’m the problem. It’s me…for 12 years I bought $8 tubes of mascara. This week I had a revelation that maybe it was time to spend my money on quality. So a few days ago I ordered. Today I worked a ten hour day. I never touched up or reapplied. The percentage of mascara under my eyes was ZERO. It stayed out! It looked freshly applied! I was in awe! The mascara I’ve been searching for my whole life is here. I’m so happy I could cry. Consider me a customer for life after less than 24 hours!
I have used my fair share of tubing mascaras - I will for sure never use a non-tubing mascara again. This tubing mascara last better on my lashes, and don't leave me with racoon eyes at the end of the day. The bottom line is that this is the best tubing mascara I've ever used. I highly recommend it.
I saw this mascara mentioned by a professional makeup artist online so I ordered it to try. It gives great length and thickness! The brush helps get any little clumps off and separates the lashes. My lashes are blonde. The photo I attached is after just one coat. Two coats is even better. No weird smell. It's truly the best mascara I have ever used!
I have been fighting mascara flaking off for months and haven’t found one I like. This still looks the same it did when in put it on 8 hours ago.
This is my second purchase. I have not worn mascara regularly in years as I get black smudges on my under eyes within a hour. I constantly had to look in the mirror, so I stopped wearing mascara. I did not have high hopes for this mascara. But this is it. A few flakes here and there, but no smudges! This mascara is easier to take off compared to other mascaras I’ve used. You can almost take off this product with your fingers, which I’ve seen a coworker do before and never understood how until I tried tubing mascara. Pictures are from wearing mascara for 4 hours.
I've bought this mascara twice. I admit that I didn't actually know what a tubing mascara was. However, all makeup makes my eyes water, and somehow this doesn't! I'll continue to buy it for this alone. Really good product.
If you have short, thin lashes like me, GET THIS MASCARA! I am on my third tube of it. This is the only mascara that gives me this much length. I also used this mascara going down a water slide and it did NOT budge. It got a little clumpy, but you physically have to rub this mascara off. OH AND it does not flake throughout the day. If it does, it is very very little.
If you are looking for a tubing mascara look no further! I have tried multiple tubing mascaras and this one is hands down THE BEST!

I’ve been wearing mascara since I’m 23- I’m now 60. Believe me when I say that I have tried dozens of mascaras over the years. This tubing mascara is a total game changer. There is no reason for me to buy any other mascara, ever. It doesn’t smudge. It coats my lashes sufficiently the first time, but for extra cuteness, I can use a second coat with no problem. It seriously looks like I got lash extensions. And removing it is simple It slides right off like a dream. This is forever my go-to mascara.

I really like how my lashes don’t immediately clump, there’s no flaking and my eye lashes stay up all day. Also very easy to wash off in the shower (I’m lazy with removing my mascara!)

This mascara goes on easily and smoothly with no clumping. It stays on all day with no smudging, smearing or melting. Comes off super easy with a bit of cleanser and water. Little expensive but works so well.
